My Land Cruiser was broken into in February 2020, My insurance, Santam, appointed Indibano Autobody to fix my vehicle. My insurance uses a system called audiotex to update you on the progress on your vehicle. The vehicle was handed over to Indibano in February 2020. In May 2020 they indicated on their online portal that they received all the parts to fix the vehicle and that the vehicle was in the assembly bay. In August 2020 when I enquired why I still did not receive my vehicle I was informed that they were still waiting for parts. It is obvious that they were lying at some stage. Be that as it may, My vehicle was with this company for 6 months to repair what would have taken any competent repairer two weeks to fix. I intend cancelling my insurance with Santam due to the extremely poor quality of service providers they use to fix your vehicle in the event of loss.
