Waiting time on repairs

I have send my car to indibana and they promise that the car will be ready in 10 days ,all approvals was received from insurance company on the 18 December my car was suppose to be repaired the 8 Jan 2024 they only started on the 15th Jan on the 17th they send me a mail stating that they waiting on approval from insurance I have resned info to them on the 27th went back to findout what's happening then they give me issues about the waiting on parts yet they received it already on the 15th Jan 2024 ,now the owner promise me every day that I will get my car and the paint is still wet please ladies and guys do not take your car to this business one only get promises with no action
