Bad service and poor quality items

Very disappointing service. Ordered a dress and scarf from supplier and scarf color leaked after 1 wash and is completely faded. Scarf does not match the dress. Clear quality issue. Supplier refuses to exchange and is expecting me to pay for a new scarf and courier fees.
