Index review

I opened a forex trading account with index review, with my last R4000.00 in November 2020. I was retrenched in September 2020, due to covid, I bought $250.00 my account manager helped with a few trades, but then requested me to deposit R10000.00, I said no I cannot afford that. I then requested to withdraw my $251.00. Have sent numerous emails to them, but have had no response.
