I've been left with little choice but to expose Index Properties about an ongoing issue that remains unresolved. I stayed on a property that was managed by Index Properties. Unfortunately for us we had a neighbour issue, and at times our safety was compromised. This became a very stressful time in our lives. I was informed by Index Properties at the time, that for our safety, we should book into a hotel and that Index Properties would refund us for the hotel accommodation. I am now out of pocket as Index Properties do not want to refund me the expenses I incurred whilst staying in the hotel. I find this ********* as you have gone back on your word to what was agreed to and that Index Properties were unable to resolve or manage the situation we had with this neighbour.
