my phone fell and both front and bck screen cracked. 26 Feb my claim for my damaged phone was recieved by Lizelle Taljaard, Got my phone back on 18 March with the side button not in working order.phone was left at the repairers, 24 March button was replaced but a discolourant was spotted on the screen. pone was sent back to Indequity 27 March, i recieved my phone back and the sim card error showed up and i was told by vodacom that the sim slot was damaged. <br> i want Indequity to replace my phone and they keep trying to fix an unrepairable phone. <br> till date (7 May) i still have no phone. this was handed to the Ombudsman for further investigation.<br> <br> no feedback i given to the customer i am the one making calls asking for updates.
