Sell written off cars *******ly

Owned a car with insurance value R184 000. Minor accident, gets quoted R265 000. Car written off and payout equals R182 000. Allgood. Months later, different car claim under same family gets rejected because "Natis forms of the written off vehicle should be sent before any payout". Why do they want the forms?

This insurance re-sells written off vehicles at the price of a brand new vehicle.

In effect, this happens; they don't gain or loose anything OR they make huge profit. Not too difficult to know which option they choose.
