3rd party claim at indequity

Very very dissapointed how they handel 3rd party claims... we are on month 8 almost 9 and my claim still has not paid out every time theres a diffrent story when i follow up. Theres no manager i can speak 2, 2 follow up on the claim. Singed a release form 2 months ago when they told me they will pay out in 30 working days and we are currently 20 working days past theyre payment date i just had enough now. Im not one to post such bad things on the net but i had it tired of struggling with people that cant do they're job properly
