Independent Solar woes.

In February 2023 I contacted mr Adam Vosloo of Independent Solar to send me a quotation for a solar electricity system. He duly did and we started talking about extending the system. In the meantime we heard the news that SARS is willing to give is a substantial rebate if we have a solar system by 1 March 2023.

Lots of talking and working later, I made the observations that he is very rude toward his companions.

Eventually I made full payment, because the work was of quite high standard. He promised to give me a receipt early on March, after all the glitches are ironed out. The CoC was issued by ‘his’ electrician and all was good, except for the App which is important to read the health of my system. Eventually I had to contract someone else to come and fix the app. There everything turned sour. Never did I receive my receipt, and I have only the original (smaller system) quotation.

Now I wonder if he ever had a company. Even if he is registered for VAT.
