Sunday Tribune subscription - no statements

<p>I have previously contacted their office by telephone and email but get no response. I have not received a statement or financial position from them for the last 5 years. I was advised by their accounts team telephonically that as I have been overpaying, my subscription is is only due for renewal in May 2017. If I had received statements on a regular basis I would have known exactly what was duw and when payment was to be made. It is also an accepted commercial practise that staements are given when requested.</p>
