Sick of them
I am subscribed to Independent Newspapers for the Independent on Saturday. I have not received it for some weeks now as the deliverer throws it against our gate, not over, and it is being taken every week ... either this or they are plain not delivering it, but I have found it outside on the odd occasion. I have now emailed their published address twice, on 17/4 and 23/4, and received responses on both occasion that my email will be responded to in three business days. I have still heard nothing but they continue to debit order me with the reference ***.

04 May 2016, 09:54I had an immediate positive, and professional response from Independent Newspapers. It is all being sorted out, with a month's free subscription. Thank you Independent Newspapers and thank you hellopeter. My ratings have improved and, once everything is sorted, I will be happy to increase again. By the way, I also have the Mercury delivered by Independent Newspapers ... perfect service since I started some years ago!
