My Star newspaper was not delivered yesterday at the normal time. Called at 16h45 and once again at 18h30 and on both occasions was promised that the delivery \'was running late'' and will definitely receive a copy. Well, of course their promises, once again, did not materialize and independent definitely do not meet the minimum requirements to deal with consumers and actually get away with ******, but nothing happens!"
