RUDE SWITCHBOARD LADY _ MAKES ME SICK
<p>when ever i call Independent Newspapers Durban , the switchboard lady is very rude . She as made a comment to me that i should not call back . that i am annoying . that they are fed up of me calling!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>the last time i checked a person working the switchboard they get paid to transfer calls weather the person calls 10 times or 100times a day ,</p> <p>INDEPENDENT NEWSPAPERS please sort this women out , she is gad dam rude ...</p>
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will address with this wit our Switchboard staff on a general level. In order for us to take corrective action with the person responsible we need the callers details so we can track the call.
