RENEWED SUBSCRIPTION

I renewed my subscription telephonically 2 weeks ago and spoke to someone whose name I do not recall who called to renew my newspaper subscription. I provided my credit card details to this complete stranger from the marketing<br> department in Natal. Today a newspaper was delivered and then taken back by the delivery man. My houseman called the delivery department and spoke to Lorraine who said that the paper would be delivered on Thursday.<br> I called and spoke to Bonnie and told her that this was unacceptable in view of the fact that I have been a subscriber for at least 35 years and stated that unless a newspaper was delivered forthwith that I will cancel my<br> subscription and demand a full refund thereof. As yet no newspaper has been delivered so I will be carrying out my threat and will cancel my subscription as soon as possible. This is not service.<br>
