non delivery

<p>Unfortunately being a subscriber to the star newspaper doesnt mean anything .Ive renewed my sat star subscription on the 6/9 .Ive only received one paper since.Im so tired of all the lies eg the distribution manager will call ,we sorry ,your paper will be delivered ( it never comes)In such a competitive environment you would think a subscriber derserves better .No one seems to care .I demand a refund so I can support a paper who wants my business</p>
