No newspaper, wrong e-mail address & no response

Once again there was no Sunday Tribune in my local Spar in Kempton Park (Gauteng), as it appears the newspaper doesn't get delivered in this part of the world over a public holiday weekend - a sad state of affairs in this day and age. The e-mail address given on the Independent Newspaper site is wrong [Email Removed] - bad in all aspects. When an e-mail does through (to any department) it seems to disappear into a black hole and there is no feedback - very bad for public relations.
