No Delivery

I haven't received my saturday star newspaper again this morning which makes it 4 weeks in a row, I am not sure what is happening by you people cause you taking my money every month but I don't know for what, i have to go out every saturday to the shop to pay extra for the newspaper when I am already paying every month for it which means i am paying double. Maybe you can let me know why you taking my money every month and not delivering a newspaper
