My first Sunday delivry did not happen!
Thos was probably the worst anti climax known to man. My first Sunfay delivery did not come. Sp muxh for the expectation? Really disappointing!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I have notified my area manager and we are busy investigating and will ensure a paper is delivered as from this Sunday to you. I will add you up on a follow up list , that means every Sunday we will call you to confirm deliveries.
I would like to notify in future we are open from 7:30am to 9:30am on a Sunday. Our call centre number is ***, please feel free to contact us.
This is unacceptable and as a valued subscriber we will sort this out for you.
