INDEPENDENT NEWSPAPERS : DURBAN : POOR AND UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE.

I have been a subscriber with INDEPENDANT NEWSPAPER for over 20 year . Prior to that , my Dad another 20 years. A few days ago the delivery had stopped . It turned out that my CARD had expired , and that the monthly payment had not gone through. IT WAS INCUMBENT UPON INDEPENDENT NEWSPAPERS TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER TELEPHONICALLY WHICH WAS NEVER DONE . The matter could have been resolved almost immediately . This is abundantly clear that this ORGANISATION has got ZERO loyalty to the CLIENT . In fact they have shown the CLIENT the MIDDLE FINGER . There is something radically wrong with this ORGANISATIONS markeing and their staff members sense of duty . PLEASE WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE . U CAN DO FAR BETTER THAN THIS .
