I am a Pretoria News reader since 1963 & also subscriber till 2005 when I closed my business in the CBD.Im now a subscriber for 3years+ & had excellent service from Krushida who no longer works there.In Dec 2017 I called them informing to stop my delivery for Im going on holiday & restart delivery on 8 Jan 2018,like I do every year.After the 8th I received no delivery & called numerous times & every time was told the same thing,"We going to follow up with our contractor".Iv spoken numerous times to Prishanta,Adrea,Pravina & Naathy.Till today I only got 4 deliveries which were on Saturdays only.My subscription expired on 13 Feb 2018 & I must have received about 7 calls for me to renew before expiry date & I kept on telling them I will only renew if my problem is resolved,which they promised,but nothing transpired.A few weeks ago I spoke to Andrea & asked to speak to her manager Vassie Pillay & said she would get Vassie to call me,which didnt happen.From 8 Jan to 13 Feb im suppose to get 32 deliveries of which I only received 4.I am now tired of calling them on ***
