DO NOT WORRY ABOUT SUBSCRIBERS

When I renewed my subs of the Sunday Tribune I was told I will get the Glamour magazine for free for the duration of sub i.e 6 months From 01/07/15 to date have not received. Have spoken to Vasie and someone lese more than a month ago and nothing was done. Today I phoned and spoke to John who had a very bad attitude and was not interested in helping me. Not even to take my contact details to have someone contact me tomorrow. He was rude and didn't look into my subs to see what was wrong. How can you have a person with such bad attitude working there. Once we subscribed we are not bothered about. Promises are not kept to. Please contact me between 12-1pm
