Debit orders being debited on the wrong date

<p>I have taken out a newspaper contract with Independent Newspapers. This company has no istening s****s. I have asked them to debit on the 1st, but i was debited on the 26th. i have incurred bank charges for this, and not only that, they have debited my account twice in 1 day.
