Bad delivery service

The company is in Durban but they are in charge of deliveries of The Citizen newspaper in Gauteng. Hoe stupid is that. when you have a problem you are told your paper will be delivered shortly, and then it never arrives. They never come back to you as to why your paper is not delivered. I pay for a service which I am not getting.
