Poor service or ****

I have ordered and paid for a treadmill which was advertised, their response was very quick w.r.t. my first query as well as to take payment, however it has now been over 2 weeks with no delivery of the item and no response to numerous emails sent to Precious at their sales department, it would appear that they just take your money and then completely ignore you. No answer on the contact number or emails, digusting
