Useless Service independent media or newspapers!!

Had a subscription for our Sunday Tribune newspapers which I put on hold during covid 19 because of very little print. I had credits due to me cos of the hold which I did not ask to be refunded for at the time. The next month i see a further debit on my account which they say couldn't be explained but was system generated. I then cancelled my subs out of frustration. I was called a month later and was virtually pleaded to renew and after a few conversations about the agreed amount I accepted and renewed. To my disgust this month I see another unauthorised amount debited. How useless and efficient can independent media or independent newspapers be!!! I have been dealing with two useless staff there ie Nirvana and Melanie who don' know what's going on. Even with getting a loot voucher if we renewed there were so many conditions attached. I am appalled by the service.
