Lack of basic service

I have started leasing a property where Independent Advisors are the managing agents.

The service is disappointing.

There were maintenance that needed to be finalised prior to moving in, which wasn't.

After I moved in I sent multiple emails and WhatsApps. None of the issues barring one was tended to. The issue that was tended to was the sliding doors that had to be manhandled just so that I can open it. They knew about this issue since Nov 2022 prior to me moving in and they told me it would be fixed before I moved in.

The rest of the maintenance issues present prior to me moving in has still not been tended to. They just ignore your emails.

This along with a slew of other problems.

I pay my rent monthly.

I would just recommend doing proper research before signing any lease agreement with them.

It has not been a great experience and after months I am at the point where I want to warn others about this issue.
