Shocking performance GUMTREE

I have rep**** to a number of Job adverts through Indeed via Gumtree. Today I received a reply from 1 out of probably over 100 that I have sent off only to be told that they (the prospective employer) cannot do anything without my CV, although I had attached it to my Application through Gumtree. I cannot get hold of either Gumtree or Indeed jobs to lodge my complaint that is why I am now using this platform. I can only surmise that none of my other applications through Gumtree have had the same treatment and that is why I have had no replies to date. How can one rely on things being done properly if this is whats happening. We trust that these things will be done correctly, but it does not seen to happen. CAN WE REALLY TRUST ANYTHING WE DO THROUGH GUMTREE
