Poor service by indeed

I am a recruitment agency and I tried placing a job adverti*****t on Indeed site however they disabled my account.

When I appealed this decision they said that it was final and I am not allowed to post and sent me terms of service as well as posting guidelines. They do not give proper information as to why I cant post and this is frustrating. I checked the guidelines and I have not broken any rules, I wish they could be specific. There are many people in South Africa looking for jobs and Internet sites like Indeed are so full of nonsense.

I am sure as long as you paying them, then they don't have a problem with job posts but due to the fact that I am posting for free they are being difficult.

I have a registered company and legitimate job opportunities for candidates however Indeed does not even ask for my credentials or specifics of my jobs to take a decision.

I would like to know how they base their decisions without requesting further documentation from a company.
