What a disappointment this company has been. I placed an order on 8 July. During to load shedding and all manner of other excuses, my order was delayed to the point where, on 29th July, I was offered a refund. I am still waiting for that refund on 4th September. Simply put, this constitutes theft. It's so disappointing that placing an order is easy and gets an immediate response whereas repeated requests for the refund go unactioned. I would not advise purchasing from this company.
