Not delivering as promised

My complaint is with regards order #7300 placed and paid for on 5 November. They have a processing time of 15-20 working days unless otherwise stated. When the 20 working days passed I started to enquire about the progress of my order. I sent them a Whatsapp on 6 December. They rep**** it is being packed and will be sent off shortly. I followed up yesterday on their business Whatsapp number and they have not rep****. I also sent email and message on Messenger. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had from a online business. I live in Cape Town and wanted to support local, but this is just not acceptable. I am leaving for holiday on Friday and I guess the clothes will not be even here yet, and that was why I purchased it in the first instance. I would not recommend this business to anyone or support them ever again. They also do not have a review option on their Facebook page or else I would have written my piece there as well.
