Good day My review is on Order #7244. I placed this order on 27 October and since the time of placing the order they simply ignore my emails and WhatsApp messages requesting updates after 15 business days lead time lapsed. An automated confirmation message is sent that they received the message(s) and someone will soon reply...and then nothing happens after that.

This is the second order this year where this is happening. My previous order also took 30+ business days.

It has now been 33 working days and more than 50 calendar days since I paid for this order. Their lead time on their website states 10-15 business days.

This client service and lack of communication really makes it disappointing to support a small business. I truly love their clothing...but lately their service has been questionable. Since I started buying from them 2018 I've never experienced service like this.
