Independant Car Radio and aircon Centurion. Only there to take your money, NO customer service at all

We gone to Independent Car Radio and aircon in Centurion for installation of a gearlock on our VWGolf, its required by our insurance, they want a visa certificate before its insured against theft. Its been 4 months now and we are still waiting for the Visa certificate from them, always long stories from Etienne, they also told us a tall tale about the sleeve that they had to put in for us, was supposed to be black, they put in a light brown one, and the said they will order a black one for us, still waiting for a black sleeve aswell. I phoned them countless times, just to be told, they will look into it, but its all a lie just to keep me quiet. As long as they get paid, then the rest is your problem. I will never promote your business, and if I knew then what I knew today I would have NEVER used they services
