disgusting food ****** manager

My wife and i have visited this hotel in meerensee a number of times for the dinner buffet. last night was our anniversary and we decided to go there again. Unfortunately the level of service has dropped to shockingly terrible standards. first the buffet was supposed to start at 6 pm but food was still not out by 6.30. the chef kept bringing one item at a time. the food was disgusting !!!!!! starters was terrible. food flies where all over the starters. they had chicken drumsticks which smelt like a dead dog and was clearly stale. chicken curry was a disgrace. they had pork chops and beef sausage which they used the same utensils to serve. Apart from that there was a white gentlemen which i assume was the floor manager who kept going in and out of the kitchen area and was rude and clearly ******. he walked passed us several times and did not great us!! really which hospitality degree do you have that teaches you not to greet someone out of your race group. pathethic service never again will i go there.
