Noise from THE INDABA HOTEL
6 February 4:00pm - Another noisy party that continued WELL PAST 2AM IN THE MORNING AT THE INDABA (not the nearby rooftop bars as they claim ,,,, what bull). These late night parties are all at the Indaba - at the new facilties at the back of the hotel. Then at 4 am, the packing up starts with trucks reversing (loud beeping), equipment loaded in the back of trucks etc. The same also happened on Tuesday 4 February. So much for adhering to city bylaws. Time to take this matter further and get the authorities and/or lawyers involved. You guys clearly don't give a hoot about your neighbours.

08 Feb 2020, 08:49If anyone else is experiencing noise issues from the Indaba please get hold of me at *** or ***. I stay in Fourways Gardens on the border with the Indaba. I started a petition yesterday afternoon and already have 19 signatures from affected residents in our estate (with more to still be collected). I will ask our HOA to liase with the Indaba to see how this can be resolved satisfactory.

20 Feb 2020, 15:54I am glad to report that our HOA and myself met with the managers and GM of the Indaba to discuss ways to resolve the noise issue (on 11 February). A number of suggestions were put forward to reduce and/or eliminate the noise - that will all be investigated further. The Indaba took our complaints seriously and I believe that they will try and resolve this.
