İndaba Hotel is very dirty
Beautiful hotel and friendly staff but it's very dirty. Their rooms dirty from carpets to ceilings

Thank you for bringing your less than perfect stay to our attention.
As you know, load shedding is an unfortunate reality in South Africa; luckily, the Indaba Hotel; Fourways is fully functional during load shedding as we have 2 generators ensuring power throughout the hotel. Unfortunately, this means a little generator noise and we do apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.
We have noted your comments re water outages - this was unfortunately out of our control as there was a burst municipal pipe which resulted in the municipality turning off water to our area - we immediately secured water tankers to ensure the least impact on our guests - sadly, you were unable to shower immediately and we do apologize for this.
We have also noted your complaints re room cleanliness and will certainly address this with the Team and take corrective action as necessary. Your complaint has been forwarded to our hotel GM for further investigation and he will revert to you directly.
Our apologies again for the less than perfect stay and we look forward to resolving all to ensure your future stays with us are perfect where possible
