I want what I paid for......
I purchased a package deal which included dinner and breakfast for 2. We did not avail ourselves of neither of these. The package also promised a luxury room. The room we received smelt bad and had carpet stains all over it. Far from luxury I requested the Indaba to give me vouchers for what I paid for and am entitled to and was told that this wouldnt be possible. All Im seeking is to get what I payed for.

As noted in previous correspondence, package booked and paid for was inclusive of accommodation, breakfast and dinner for a 1-night stay & as both breakfast and dinner restaurants were open and available to you during your stay we are unable to issue additional vouchers
