I WANT MY REFUND!!

I booked a conference room on the 11 of October 2023 for gala dinner function with Cheney Pienaar. Payed a deposit of R25000.00 on the 26 of October .

I sent an email to cancel my booking due to unforeseen circumstances on the 13 of November which is 2weeks before the event. TILL TODAY MAY ENQUIRY IS LEFT UN ATTENDED!!!! I called on the 16Th and Spoke to Cheney she told me she has escalated this issue to Martie Speed, call and send email's to try and get a feedback from Martie Speed but still no reply in any form.

THE TIME I WAS STILL MAKING COMMUNICATION WITH THE STAFF TO HELP ME TO BOOK THE VENUE MY EMAIL'S WERE ATTEND IN A MINUTE BUT NOW BECAUSE I WAS MY REFUND THE GHOST ME.

THIS IS JUST A ****M!!!!!

I WANT MY REFUND BY END OF BUSINNES TODAY.!!! I BEEN PATIENT FOR THIS BUSINESS FOR SO LONG.
