I made a booking for sip and paint on Sunday and when we got to to their establishment with my ladies we were told the Sip and paint is only for groups of 10 and above. This was not indicated when I made the booking online Dipuo from your establishment said we can only do wine tasting and this is not what we wanted as we have done wine tasting with you before. She advised us to cancel and wait 72 hours for a refund. Marius, the manager responded saying I cannot get a refund because I selected wine tasting. The online booking and the advert for SIP and Paint is misleading, there should be a direct booking for each activity. I want my money back, not a different date for wine tasting as they are suggesting.
