I have been remiss in taking care of my physical well being. This year, I began the year with renewed vigor and determination to address that very issue. Enter, Incrementum Fitness #supportlocal

Zach Snyman and Stephan Faasen are the owners of this new company. They are more than just personal trainers. Each has a strength|gifting in different areas that complement each other. They work together to fashion a fitness routine tailor-made for you as an individual, a sport team, a high school team. They even do sports massage too!

As a result of their input and training, I have lost centimeters and am getting fitter. I'm not where I want to be yet but I know with their guidance, encouragement and tough love, I will get there.
