Very poor customer service

Service request no. 212242 still not resolved waiting since 25 April 2019. Battery on HP I7 laptop needs replacing. Received a 4 year old battery 2 weeks ago... Battery older than my current battery. Called Durban branch on Friday and was told that the technician handling it is off sick... cannot help me!!

PLEASE NOTE: This has NOT been resolved!!! Battery was delivered 2 weeks ago.... it was faulty!!! I am still waiting from Incredible Solutions Durban (Kersaven) to deliver a new battery. @ Mandy IS Regional Manager: Can you PLEASE expedite.
