Terrible service (Cape Town)

<p>I purchased a lenovo laptop from Dion wired (on special) with a 3 year on site warrentee. Less than a year after purchase, the laptop battery life begins to degrade, I logged a call out with incredible Solutions, after 2 weeks they had still not arranged a time, the laptop then refused to switch on. Finally they came to collect the unit and after more than 2 weeks with it booked in, I was called and told that they are no longer able to get parts for the laptop and was offered a refund for the laptop to the price I payed and not the full value (meaning I would not able to get the same spec) I refused this and requested they replace the unit which they agreed to. After a further week, they phoned to say the had recieved the unit but it was incorrectly specced (incorrect cpu and gpu) and was also told that they are now no longer able to get that specific unit. Being a university student, that laptop is crucial for my studies. I was also initially refused a loan unit for the time I was without a laptop.</p>
