PATHETIC SERVICE

My wife purchased a Polaroid kids tablet 2, the device power button went faulty and we were advised by incredible solutions consultant that we should book the device in at any foschini group outlet, we then took it to markham Greenacres,we were contacted to collect the device and when we got there to our surprise the device was never repaired, I contact the technician SImphiwe Mahlangu (very bad attitude) told me the device was not repaired due to physical damage.Why make a kiddies tab then, the device was not even dropped.i have spoken to numerous people even the supervisors could not help us.I DEMAND THAT THIS BE RESOLVED OR I WILL CONTACT THE CPA AND LAY A FORMAL CASE AGAINST COMPANIES INVOLVED.
