No service at all

I purchased a Asus laptop from Dion Wired in December 2016.In November 2017 the hard drive failed. Having a on-site repair warranty I expected this to be a quick fix.I contacted incredible Solutions they sent out a Technician soon afterward.Needless to say he took the laptop with him so what's the point of a onsite warranty.Call it free collection service.Anyway a month later almost to the day and I am still waiting.A repair that was supposed to take a week of there was a need to order a new hard drive.Enquires offer the same response,they working on it should be another day or two.Judging by similar reviews and the lack of responses neither Asus,Dion Wired or Incredible solutions seem to give a damn.Pathetic after sales service period.
