Lies by salesmen and incorrect information

Game carnival mall!!! I bought a laptop on the 8 of December as a gift for my girlfriend.. when i was buying the laptop the salesmen did not say anything about registering the extended warranty within 7days!!! I surprised my girlfriend witb the laptop on the 16 December.. only to find out that the warranty place is closed .. we have been trying to get a hold of them for a long time !! What kind of sales people do you guys have that cannot give proper info!!! Now who is going to cover the extended warranty ??? It clearly is not my problem .. I will expose and share this all over social media!!! This is *****.. Plus the warranty place is not even open and its already the 4th of January 2018 !!!! Someone needs to take responsibility for this!!!the salesmen told me that when i give the gift to my girlfriend then she can register it herself !!! We have been trying to contact incredible solutions for weeks now!!!
