Incredible connection Sandton City terrible service

Very disappointed with poor service and ethics of Incredible connection Sandton City.

I was advised to buy a Sony Bravia 75" X80H, I soon realised that it is the worst tv i have ever invented in, Nevertheless I brought back the tv with all its accessories and repacked it.

I chose to by a tv thats 12k more expensive than the Sony Bravia, However the manager told me I needed to pay in 15% in on that amount because a piece of the box (polystyrene) was missing.

I ended up asking for a refund and paid the 15% of the Sony's R29,000 price which was R4000 and i went to Makro and bought a amazing 82" LG TV.

I tried to make the manager understand that het lost a R44,000 and now needs to sell a 2nd hand tv.

Most incompitant person and absolutely worst manners i have witnessed in a long time.

I hope this review is helpful to some readers to stay away from incredible connection Sandton City and save yourself the disappointment, Time and money.
