Incredible connection

The way I was badly illtreated I bought two connex tablets on different occasion but both the screen crashed and phoned call centre and was told to take them to the shop where I bought them .only to be taken back and front by the technician and manager such that I left them in the shop. I need to be helped as I now want my refund
