Faulty Lenovo Laptop

After having my Lenovo Flex 2 laptop in for repair for the 3rd time, making a metallic buzzing noise originating from the cpu fan, Incredible Solutions, the repair company of Dion Wired, has stated that there is nothing wrong with the laptop, and has denid my request for a refund. I have the laptop sitting in front of me, making the same noise. Clearly there is something wrong with the laptop, and the IT guys are not capable of identifying a defective product. Between Dion Wired and Incredible Solutions, I have received shocking service and no help. After all the repairs I am still stuck with this defective laptop, which I have not been able to use for the last 4 months.
