False Promises!
I have given my laptop in for repairs on the 7th of January and there has since been little / no progress. I have made many phone calls to which I was told it would be ready soon, in a few days. Today I spoke to the manager of the Durban branch and he told me he would get back to me in half an hour with feedback but again...no word from him, even after I called back over an hour later. This service is the pits! I am deeply upset and dissatisfied. Please help me...

I do apologize for the inconvenience...According to the Durban office they have informed you that the part for your laptop is stuck in customs, I am following up now with the supplier and will give you a call ASAP.
