Dion wired /incredible solitions

Terrible! Bought a brand new laptop from Dion Wired, 2 days later the charger unit wasnt working. Went back to ask them to replace the laptop as i hadnt even had it for a week, but was told that they needed to have it inspected. This process aparently takes 21 days, 3 times as long as ive even had the thing in the first place! How can you expect someone to go without a vital and expensive thing like a laptop for almost a month ??? Ridiculous
