Beyond rude employees

Phoned your company with regards to a damage report on a laptop 22/12/2015. I tried to get information wrt the report that your staff issued at R219.00. I was transferred 5 times and not one of the times could I hear the employees as they spoke so softly and it was evident in the way they were speaking to me they just could not be bothered. Eventually got through to the technician, asked him to please explain to me why there is a quote on the report if the item is beyond economical repair - he didn't understand the question. Then I asked him if you sold laptops as well as I need a quote. He didn't understand the question. Then I explained, as I would to a 3 year old, \ do you sell laptops". He said yes. So I asked him to please quote me on a similar laptop as I would need to replace my clients. ( I work in insurance). He had me hold the line for 5 minutes and then hung up. Awesome service.
